101 to 90 in 45 Days – The aftereffects…

Losing 11 kgs was awesome, but as the weight loss, the Happiness was short lived too :(

I regained the entire weight within a couple of weeks of losing it. And there was nothing that worked, I tried to get on to the Salad only diet, but failed to maintain that, and on top of that my metabolism was all off. It took me some time to get stable on the weight, and it was back to 100 !

I had thought I was heading towards 85 and thus a fitter life, but I was wrong!

I would strongly recommend go and consult a nutritionist and quit being lazy and start exercising, yeh yeh I know you are not lazy, you really do not have time for it! (this had been my excuse for a long time and you HAVE TO take time out)

So bottom line: Nothing that’s unnatural (short cuts) works! I don’t want to name names here, but I don’t think the massages and the pills can help you keep the flab off permanently. As for the crash diets, I have experienced that & they don’t work!

I wish I knew this is one of the most common weight loss mistake before I started :(

[...] I really want to take up running as a daily exercise so I went ahead and bought a pair of Nike shoes for motion control. I started hitting the gym and did doing the prescribed exercises. For running on a softer surface I would have to travel a few kilometers and would have to switch to running in the mornings which I can’t afford right now. And I am trying my best to lose weight; I would not switch to an unhealthy way to lose weight ever again. (Read about the last time I tried a shortcut to lose weight) [...]
