I have tried Landing on Heals, Mid Foot and Front Foot. When I try and land on Front-Mid Foot, I feel that I run faster, but then I go breathless very soon
Need to find a comfortable running stride and style for myself…

Thanks for posting this! I struggle with shin splints because I heel strike which stops me from running and then I have to start over it seems all the time. I’m practicing running barefoot on carpet. Thank you!!
