Dharmendra told me that there is a Marathon in Feburary in Pondicherry. I am aiming to complete that
He also mentioned that anyone, even a sumo can train for a marathon in 18 weeks. I like to believe I am in a good shape than a sumo, so it shouldn’t be impossible
Running in L&T South City during weekdays and in Lalbagh on Sunday’s is working out to be a good thing for me. I have lost a couple of kilos since I started running. It is partly due to the diet control and partly coz of running, either ways what matters is that I am losing weight
[I wish I had done this earlier in my life, instead of trying to follow a stupid shortcut]

Well, must say, LifeMojo is very inspiring! atleast those who felt lethargic after having lot weight and know the efforts that need to be put in to lose weight! I had regained a lot of weight since last one year… around 20kgs!
… Going through LifeMojo daily was a kick! I decided to shed 25kgs…. but then thought that too much of a target may make me dull after sometime! so 20kgs… and lo….. in one and half month, i lost 5 kgs… First I thought may be its bad for health… but I stopped all Junk food and started running 2 then 3 then 5 kms daily……. for an hour… it was fun! and am glad am getting back to normal!
