When would Airtel learn !

Canceling an Airtel corporate connection is as painful as it was 2 years ago…

I had an Airtel Corporate Connection in 2007 that I wanted to discontinue. Airtel pained me! I tried for 2 weeks before I gave up and it took Airtel 7 months to cancel the connection. And that wasn’t all! The Airtel

Corporate Manager for my ex employer gave me a call claiming I or my ex employer had to pay the rental for these 7 months and since the ex employer had refused, I would have to settle the bill. Obviously I asked them to take a walk… ( though my words were a bit more harsh then )

Why am I cribbing about it now?

We have a similar case with one of the LifeMojo connections now I hope someone responsible is monitoring social media / my blog and is willing to change things at Airtel.
